1. Open the key and remove the plastic cap. Push the lip of the plastic with your thumb to remove it. 2. Remove the battery pressing it from the left side and then take it out using something sharp. This happens sporadically but seems worse after rain.When it happens, the car unlocks normally when I press the door button.
