With the car 100% stock I managed a 14.74 at 96.82mph on a 2.50 60ft. After a the Stage 1 93 octane tune, a Euro short throw shifter, and a Southbend Stage 2 clutch, I went 14.21 at 105.38mph on a 2.49 60ft. Then, I deleted the clutch delay valve, added 034 dogbone inserts, and flashed the E30 Stage 1 tune, I ran a 13.68 at 109.65 on a 2.44 60ft.
Stage 2 IMO will have improvements and slightly more power, but the biggest gains will be from the TCU tune. The faster shifts, better launch and higher redline will probably drop another 0.3 to half second. My gut says JHM is running 11.7’s. Whether customers run that will depend on your exhaust setup.
Final Thoughts. It is legal to tune your ECU, if done moderately. However, ECU tuning is a surefire way to void your car warranty and it may be hard to claim for insurance afterwards. Fortunately for us, the changes by ECU tuning can be reversed to its factory settings. This is useful if you need to bring your car back for warranty or insurance.
