Hey, I fixed my issue by cleaning my PS5 by removing the faceplates and using compressed air. It seems like it was overheating. Your behaviour sounds a lot different than mine though. Your issue sounds like a software crash. Make sure to update everything. Rebuilding Cache and the PS5 database might help, but didn't work for me.
